Sometimes I underestimate the power of kind words. I guess because I hear them a lot that, for me, their meanings just fade away between the lines. But I learned that when you are sad, really sad, words like “you are doing good” “you are enough” “you are great” are so uplifting; so powerful they can make you feel something, they can make you do something worth trying again.
